Saturday, December 11, 2004had training today by me tan followed by ms chiew.surprisingly mr tan's training wasnt as tiring today...cos he did not make us run before training ends.den we had a 2 hr break before ms chihew came. she taught us on how to break 2-3 defence. it can be quite confusing at times la..den had to leave at around 140. guess the talk was ok so far..it will prob get better when the rest comes.
theres training in the morning on monday and a friendly game against nanyang in the afternoon..so sian
im so bored and tired
hopefully everything gets better:)
